About Us

La Jolla Gastroenterology is a gastroenterology and hepatology (liver disease) practice comprised of four physicians experienced and board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. We have been proudly serving the San Diego community for over 20 years.

Our offices are located on the seventh floor of the Ximed building, a multispecialty center on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. Our procedures, including endoscopies, are performed in the La Jolla Endoscopy Center, with which we are affiliated, also located in the Ximed office building. We admit patients when necessary to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, which has fine nursing, laboratory and consultation services available.

Whether you are treated in our office, the endoscopy center or the hospital, you can be sure that you will receive care of the highest quality from our staff.

La Jolla Gastroenterology doesn’t make our patients wait six months for an appointment. We’ll make every effort to get you seen within days, depending on the urgency of your condition.
